Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is the material of choice for our products. It is very impact-resistant and stays cooler in the heat than aluminum. The FRP upper and lower skins provide higher rigidity over aluminum materials, and it is also more scratch-resistant compared to aluminum or fiberglass. FRP has a higher impact-resistance (Approximately 20KJ/m2), and the Polypropylene (PP) Honeycomb core creates a stronger load-bearing structure while reducing weight. The 350lbs Surface load-bearing capacity is a significant improvement (Up to 200lbs) when compared to older design and materials (Aluminum and fiberglass), and the slim design (under one inch) allows for maximum under-tonne storage capacity when compared to other hard shell designs.

The KIKITO Tonneau Cover features a water-tight channel hinge system, making it one of the most waterproof on the market and allowing for quick drainage of accumulated water. The secure strap located at the head of the cover ensures coverage and can securely fix the cover in the three-fold state without worrying about transporting higher goods. It is easy to install or take off the truck bed cap, and you can secure it down with the quick latch for fast installation in less than five minutes. The integrated clamp fastening system ensures security and stability, with easy and fast lock-up saving much time. The Tonneau cover folds easily into thirds at the hinges and sits against the back of your cab with a rubber bumper protecting the cab of your truck.

The KIKITO Tonneau Cover has a weight distribution capacity of up to 300 LB, keeping rain, snow, and dust out of your truck bed and protecting your cargo in any weather condition. To ensure a perfect fit, measure from the inside of the bulkhead to the tailgate, not including the rails, as shown in the provided picture. The product comes with 118 inches of waterproof strips to prevent dust, rain, and snow from entering your truck bed, and LED lights that can be placed on truck beds, toolboxes, sheds, or any dim places.
